Availability and access

Hodlr is available only to Members aged 18 or over, and only in the United States, the United Kingdom and France. Sign-up from other countries is blocked.

Real payments are not enabled yet. No charge is taken and no money changes hands. Paid features, fees and royalties will apply only when we enable real payments in the future. Full details are in our Terms and FAQ.

Intellectual property

The Hodlr name, logo, design, text and other content on this site are protected and are the property of Stan SAS or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse them without our prior written permission, except as the law allows.

LinkedIn and other product names and logos mentioned on the Service are trademarks of their respective owners. Their use does not imply any endorsement of, or partnership with, Hodlr beyond the services they actually provide. LinkedIn is used only as a sign-in and identity provider.

Card images and profile details shown on the Service come only from each Member's own official LinkedIn sign-in, never from scraping. The person a Card represents (the Subject) keeps their rights in their own name, likeness and professional details.

Personal data

We process personal data to run the Service, including data from your LinkedIn sign-in, your HodlScore and your public Upvotes (endorsements). Upvotes are public by design: who upvoted whom is visible, and an Upvote is personal data of the Member who gave it.

Reporting illegal or abusive content

If you believe content on Hodlr is illegal, infringes your rights, or breaks our rules, you can report it to us at admin@stan-friends.com.

Please tell us which content is affected (for example a link, or a Member, Card or Subject name), why you are reporting it, and how we can reach you. We will review every report and take appropriate action.

If you are a Subject, you can also control your own Card directly: you can set or withdraw its utilities and retire the Card at any time. A retired Card keeps its ownership history (which we need to keep accurate trade records) but loses its utilities. See our Terms for details.

Applicable law and disputes

This Legal Notice and your use of the Service are governed by French law.
